Through Our free summer literacy programs and after school classes, we are equipping children from underprivileged homes with fundamental literacy and numeracy competencies,

help them develop social skills, independent decision-making abilities, career aspirations, and a “sense of self” while ensuring the programs are age-appropriate.

We believe that the classes would also help

  • Reduce dropouts by providing education in an alternative context
  • Meet the needs of students who fail to thrive in traditional education settings.
  • Allow children develop Cross-Cultural and Intercultural Skills
  • foster relationships with Caring Adults (volunteers/teachers)

The student – teacher ratio  ensure that each child is paid adequate attention.

When these kids are not in school, when they’re not at home, they’re going to be learning something. It is up to us to make it a positive experience, a no-gain experience, or a negative experience.
